Secure Transactions
All items available for direct internet purchase will be processed through our shopping cart on our secure server so that all your information will be 128 bit encrypted through our secure certificate to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Once a purchase has been consummated an invoice will be generated describing the goods purchased, all costs assigned to the order. This invoice will be sent to your designated email address.

High personal firewall privacy settings may also effect cart operation but in most cases not. Norton / Symantec Personal Firewall users may have HTTP Referrers turned off. Norton Internet Security when set to not report HTTP Referrers is a so called "privacy" issue for a user. For the website owner it's a "security" issue if they don't report the referrer, almost a catch-22. Just turn referrers on by: Advanced Options / Privace Tab / Referer

ORDER STATUS: 

Order status may be checked by logging into your account and clicking view orders. Or by Tel: 508-677-4130. Please include your shopping cart generated invoice tracking number.

CANCELING AN ORDER:

We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Back orders may be cancelled

Shipping:

TracRac.com ships via UPS. Shipping charges are calculated via direct link to ups.com

Payment:

TracRac.com accepts Visa, Master Card, AmEx, and Discover. Please submit the correct billing address for the credit card to help us prevent fraud. If an incorrect billing address is submitted we will refuse shipment.

Sales Tax:

A sales tax charge will be applied for any order delivered within Massachusetts

ORDERS POLICY:

The confirmation of an order by e-mail or any other type of electronic confirmation does not constitute TracRac.com's acceptance of the order. TracRac.com has the right to refuse shipment without any prior notification.

Return Policy:

No returns with/out prior authorization. Damaged items must be reported to carrier upon receipt. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on returned items will be assumed by the purchaser.
